Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Banana or orange or apple or small glass OJ with:
- Whole wheat bread with chunky PB
- Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal
- Steel-cut Irish oatmeal with pecans, ground flax seed and cinnamon or chocolate chips
- Scrambled egg with one slice American cheese, whole wheat English muffin
- poached egg on whole wheat toast

    whole wheat (1) w/ pb/fruit; pancake w/ skim milk/berries; oatmeal skim milk/fruit/nuts; dunkin donuts flat bread breakfast or DD multigrain bagel w/ low fat cc (keeping it real)
