My favorite lunches at home:
- Campbell's Healthy Request Grilled Chicken & Sausage Gumbo soup (whole can) with 5 low sodium saltine crackers
- ham or turkey sandwich on whole wheat with canola mayo (has same specs as light mustard but uses good fat!) and mustard, 100-calorie pack cheddar Sun Chips
- Salad with grilled chicken and light Newman's dressing
- Small portion of leftovers from previous dinner

Tuna lots of it, on whole wheat with heaps of lettuce and some tomato
salad w/ fat free feta (from trader joes), grilled chicken, cucumber dried cranberries, some nuts, sunflower seeds and either blueberries or strawberries. (any body know how to calculate calories on this, hate that part)
